Orders over $175 ship free, and orders under $175 ship via ground for a flat $15. During Weeks 2 and 3, every order ships free. Always confirm with your specific carrier and fare class before traveling, and note that expanding a carry-on past the airline’s size limit could result in a gate check. Yes. Montecito 3.0 Softside spinners, including the carry-on, medium and large check-in sizes, and sets, have a dedicated pocket for an AirTag or Tile tracker (sold separately). Use the Tech Tracker Pocket filter to find them.

We accept returns of new, unused merchandise within 30 days of your invoice date, in original condition with all accessories and product tags attached. Only purchases made at ricardobeverlyhills.com are eligible, and return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Returns and exchanges

Most Ricardo luggage collections carry a 10-year limited warranty, and some series carry 5 or 3 years. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by airlines, hotels, or other transportation carriers. Travel essentials and power banks carry a 1-year limited warranty.
