Every Ricardo Beverly Hills bag comes with a 10-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If something goes wrong — a broken zipper, a cracked frame, a faulty wheel — we'll repair or replace it. Our warranty does not cover airline damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse. Most major U.S. carriers allow carry-ons up to 22" × 14" × 9". Our 20–22" spinner carry-ons — including the Montecito 2.0, Rodeo Drive 2.0, Cambria, and Melrose — are designed for overhead bin compliance on most domestic and international flights. Hardside bags (like the Montecito 2.0, Rodeo Drive 2.0, Cambria, and Melrose) use a rigid polycarbonate or ABS shell that resists impact and keeps contents secure. They're ideal for fragile items and handle rough baggage handling well. Softside bags (like the Montecito 3.0 and Avalon rPET) use flexible fabric shells that can compress slightly to fit tight overhead bins, and typically offer more exterior pockets for quick access. Most of our hardside and softside spinner luggage includes a built-in Travel Sentry® Approved combination lock. The Montecito 2.0, Rodeo Drive 2.0 Hardside, Cambria, Melrose, Montecito 3.0, and Avalon spinners all include TSA locks. Our softside bags and duffels — including the Rodeo Drive 2.0 Softside Carry-On, Weekender Duffel, and Avalon Small Carry-On — do not include a built-in TSA lock. The Avalon collection is made from rPET — recycled polyethylene terephthalate — fabric produced from post-consumer plastic bottles. Both the exterior fabric and interior lining are rPET, and the collection is certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), independently verified by IDFL Laboratory and Intertek. FastAccess™ is Ricardo's front-panel opening system — a zippered panel that swings open like a door to give you instant access to your packed items without laying the bag flat.
