To keep your luggage clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.
For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.
Store your luggage in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. To conveniently save space, all sizes from this collection nest (fit neatly) inside each other. Just open the largest suitcase and set the smaller size(s)—with the wheels facing the same direction—inside. Close lids and zip the outermost bag closed. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

Lightweight yet it feels sturdy. I like the built in lock too. Very pretty color and pattern. Easy to roll and nice handle.

I’m a repeat Ricardo luggage customer. Their bags have traveled extensively for years with me and have stood up to a lot of rough handling. Their suitcases strong, lightweight, and durable. Would definitely buy again.
We used to own a set of Ricardo luggages that lasted many years. This is the replacement and so far I haven't actually travelled yet but the luggage looks as nice as our old one so I am confident it will work well.
My husband bought his at JC Penny and his had a shoe bag and a plastic bag for toiletries. I was a little disappointed when my arrived and it didn't include those.
Definitely loving the color and style of my Melrose Carry-on and additionally the two Melrose Large Spinners. I've had hard side luggage from Ricardo previously and was very pleased with those pieces, so I decided to try Ricardo again. Haven't tried my luggage out yet, but looking forward to upcoming trips and using my new luggage!

This new spinner is a bit bigger (within the parameters of a carry on) than the one i previously owned buy another company. This is cute and fits more and that is totally great!
Last year my wife got Ricardo spinner luggage and I was so envious on our last vacation. She moved along with her bags while I dragged my old bag with terrible wheels. Not this year. Thanks Ricardo for making a quality and value priced luggage.
Saw this model at an AAA store and liked the sturdiness of it, the interior pocket designs and the sharp exterior look. Two of these units arrived at my front door in perfect condition. I'll update my review after I have a chance to use it.

It’s nice looking and easy to spot at the baggage claim. It’s seems sturdy and holds plenty! I’ve been surprised and pleased with its capacity.

Beautiful red color and well made carry-on. This is my second purchase and the first luggage that I purchased lasted many years thru many business flights.
I had a set of Ricardo luggage that my wife bought me. Upon 1st use, Delta Airlines damaged the checked bag. They replaced it but didn't have the same style. So since I no longer had a matching set I had to purchase a matching carry-on directly from you. At some point I may buy the smaller check bag version so that I will have a matching 3 piece set.
From what I’ve seen I like the carry on and all the pockets that is has especially pocket for the wet items. In purchased to go with the large piece I received through Delta since my luggage was damaged.
I purchased 2 sets, carry-on and checked bag, for myself and my husband in 2016 for a 21 day trip. We needed lightweight luggage as we were taking small planes in remote areas with strict weight restrictions. I found the Ricardo sets at Costco and was amazed by their light weight and loved the wheels. I had no idea that the quality was so superb! They have gone through many trips and are still like new. I just ordered two carry-on size bags for our grandchildren knowing they will have them for years of travel. If I ever have to replace my luggage I will definitely be purchasing Ricardo. Love these bags. (we formerly used Tumi nylon bags which are much heavier)

Ricardo has been my recent go to for carry-on luggage. I've purchased four carry- on size bags so far and am pleased with them all. I bought two for niece's graduation presents and they were thrilled. After two years of high use, we did have one zipper separate off the track. I plan to replace that piece as a Christmas present. I'll gladly replace with another Ricardo.
The carry-on expandable spinner arrived in good condition. Only gave it three stars because there is no convenient outer pocket for passport, boarding pass, books/magazines, etc. This spinner must be opened to retrieve all/any items-a definite inconvenience. My fault for not noticing.
Demensions were not on the website and made the assumption it would be the same as the other carryon luggage that did have demensions included on the website.
When I recieved the bag was smaller. I have returned and ordering another larger bag.
Bummed I have to pay for return shipping as I was not provided with the proper information on the website and would not have ordered the that bag if the had been listed.
Do love the product though and look forward to recieving the new larger carryon.
