To keep your garment bag clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.
For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.
Store your garment bag in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

I have experience with previous iterations of this garment luggage. I must say that the current model is greatly improved and much lighter than my last bag!
I haven't had a chance to use it yet but it seems sturdy and like it would fit a few items, which is perfect when traveling with family. The handles and wheels move smoothly too
I originally purchased a similar model. It was larger, but otherwise identical. It went with me on my first trip to Paris, as well as a couple of cruises. Then it started coming apart. I took it to an authorized repair shop and it was pronounced beyond repaid. It was replaced with the slightly smaller model I now have, as the larger one was no longer being made.
For a later trip my wife purchased the same model I have. It fell apart after one trip and I returned it to where it was purchased.
Now, as I prepare to take my granddaughter on her first trip to Paris, I have purchased what appeared to be the same model I have. It is only because of your warranty that I have risked buying another. When they are good, as my current one is, they are exceptional for international travel or a cruise, where a variety of attire is needed. When they are not they can be awful.
So much room and enough pockets for everything you need. I love the extended flap so the clothes are not just pooled at the bottom. The pockets at the top are great for belts or undergarments. This is a great travel garment bag. If only it had 360 wheels it would be perfect.
This luggage is perfect for business and travel to weddings. The interior is much larger than I anticipated, and seems to be very well done. There are multiple compartments, and could probably fit 3-4 full suits. Highly recommend for anyone who travels with suits or dresses. Might be a bit large for a carry on, but still perfect if you need to prevent creases.

Hands down, this is a quality garment bag! I am so happy to have received this. Love the color (grey with some hints of brown/blue in it. Very durable. Comes with wheels and a handle for easy handling/maneuvering. Tons of pockets inside of the garment bag. Large enough space for at least 5 outfits and shoes. As pictured, the contained compartments at top will hold ur belts or jewelry securely. This is definitely a win for sure on selections of garment bags vs other brands. I will for sure be telling all of my friends and family and be purchasing from this company.
I'll be honest, when I first got this bag I had no idea it was to hold your garments but let me tell you I was so glad when I saw the kind of bag it was. It is very convenient to hold my dresses without actually folding them, and stuffing them into a regular suitcase, I also love all the pockets. It has to put other items. I will definitely be using this quite a lot on my travels.

I haven’t had the chance to travel with this yet, but it’ll be amazing for business trips & special occasions. It seems pretty well made, especially for modern times where everything is cheap & overpriced. As nice as this is, I can’t imagine paying anywhere near full retail price; although they are currently listed for 50% off on their website. But that also makes me think they set the retail price WAY too high & I’m just so over shady marketing tactics & greedflation.

Positives: The construction of the bag is great. The color is nice and the fabric seems sturdy. I love the idea of a rolling garment bag.
Negatives: I only have one and it’s the shape and size. It is definitely not roll away size. And to thin to hold a carry on bag on the top. It just feels awkward in size. That being said I could see a business traveler who only has dress clothes like it.
