To keep your luggage clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.
For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.
Store your luggage in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. To conveniently save space, all sizes from this collection nest (fit neatly) inside each other. Just open the largest suitcase and set the smaller size(s)—with the wheels facing the same direction—inside. Close lids and zip the outermost bag closed. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

No. The Tote uses YKK® EYL replaceable zippers rather than a built-in TSA combination lock. It's sized as a personal item or carry-on companion, so it typically stays with you through security rather than getting checked or locked.
At 12" × 16.25" × 7" and 15.5L, the Tote is sized to work as a personal item or day bag for most airlines. Check your specific airline's underseat and carry-on policy before flying, as sizing varies by carrier and aircraft type.
The front pocket has dedicated slots for a phone, a pen, and a notebook, plus a card holder, and it closes with a magnetic self-closing flap, so there's no zipper to fumble with when you need something quickly.
rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) is plastic processed into durable yarn and blended with polyester, a 50/50 blend on this tote, finished with perforated microfiber accents for a more refined look and feel.
Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid bleach or abrasive cleaners. For sluggish zippers, scrub with warm water and a small amount of dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and rub zipper teeth lightly with a pencil tip as a dry lubricant. Store upright in a cool, dry place.

This bag tured out to be really practical for work and travel. It holds quite a bit without looking oversized. There are plenty of compartments inside, so everything doesn't end up in one big pile. My favorite feature is the separate padded laptop compartment. I also like the small key leash with a hook - it's a simple detail, but actually useful.
The zippers open smoothly and don't catch. There's a magnetic pocket on the front that works well for a phone of anything i want to grab quickly. The handles are long enough to carry the bag comfortably on my shoulder.
The fabric feels durable, and the stitching looks neat and well made. There's also a sleeve on the back that slides over a suitcase handle, which makes it especially convenient for travel.
One thing to keep in mind is that the bag itself isn't very light. Once I add my laptop and other essentials, the weight is noticeable on my shoulder.
I like that the inside is actually organized instead of being just one large open compartment. It works well for work, travel, or as a personal item on a flight. I'd definitely recommend it.

The Ricardo Beverly Hills Montecito 3.0 Softside Tote Bag is the perfect size! It has three large pockets/ compartments. It is padded as well so it is perfect for holding your tablets, ipads, laptops, and or e-readers. It has pen holders and smaller pockets for your smaller items. The handles are the perfect length for you to sling it over your shoulder and go! It is lightweight so it's easy to carry. It makes sure carrying your things is more portable. This Ricardo laptop bag has so much room it's unreal. It has three huge pockets one for your laptop that slides right in the side plus you can use that whole pocket for your laptop accessories. You have another pocket that acts as your purse with a place for your ID and credit cards. Your third pocket which is right in the front can house whatever you want because it's so spacious. It's an easy access laptop bag that I highly recommend.
This is a nice quality travel or work bag. It has three decently sized YKK zipped sections, nice padding for a laptop/large tablet, and organization for pens etc. The fabric seems durable and easy to clean and it has a pass through rear trolley strap.
Very sturdy material. You can tell that this product will withstand many TSA beatings. Zippers are as smooth as butter and the amount of room in this tote is unbelievable. I travel with a two year old and having three compartments is perfect. One for her, one for me, and one for our snacks. Really recommend this product!
This bag is really nice. It has a padded laptop pocket inside. I like the handles which are very sturdy. The size is perfect for your laptop and anything else you might want to slip in there to carry to work or if you're traveling. The inside has dedicated spaces for your pins or business cards. It has a padded divider protecting your electronics. It is a lightweight bag with feet on the bottom. The front also has a self-closing magnetic pocket which is really nice that you can slip your cell phone right into and it locks pretty tightly. I think It's a lightweight sturdy. The Montecito 3.0 soft side tote bag by Ricardo Beverly Hills is a beautiful quality tote bag to hold your laptop or your tablet in the center of the bag where it is soft padded. To speak and also be used as an overnight bag holding clothing and toiletries as well. It is lightweight yet sturdy, I love all the pockets that it has the magnetic pocket in the front is my favorite. I also like there is a small net bag inside one of the compartments that you could use to hold a water bottle. I also like the key leash with hook inside as well if you need to hold keys. The color is a beautiful graphite color with a soft Brown man-made leather looking strap. The strap also has a button that keeps the straps together. The bag also has a pass-through for rear trolley strap. The zip is also very good quality and have a nice feel to them.

It was very easy one handed opening with a smooth glide and no noisy metal tags. The material is a very soft but sturdy nylon that gives this bag a unique masculine yet feminine quality. This is hard to find in a laptop bag. The color appears to me to be like a charcoal navy which I love because it will go with everything. The leather straps were the perfect length and very comfortable on my shoulder. This easily fits my laptop in the padded section. It fit a hardcover and a 10.2 inch iPad easily in the center pocket with plenty of room to spare. I was thrilled to see a water bottle pocket on the inside of the bag as well. I prefer not to be waving the bottle I will be drinking out of in the common spaces with lots of people to collect germs. There were pen slots with lots of extra room for wherever life may take you. Wow! I was shocked at how big this tote bag is while also being the perfect size! It has so much room inside the tote. I can put a lot of items inside this bag. I love the color. The feel of the bag. It snaps closes and also zips to close. The straps on the bag are the perfect size straps! The straps are perfect to have over your shoulder or carry in your hand! I definitely recommend this bag! 10/10 for sure! You don't need to use this for just laptops , it can be used for anything! I'm using mine for my bead business and tools! This bag has a lot of pockets and zippers. It is a more versatility and portable bag. You can use it for school to carry your computer and books. The straps looks like are comfortable on the shoulders and the bag can be used like when going to the airport or on a special vacation it has a lot of pockets that can be filled with utilities.
