To keep your luggage clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.
For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.
Store your luggage in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. To conveniently save space, all sizes from this collection nest (fit neatly) inside each other. Just open the largest suitcase and set the smaller size(s)—with the wheels facing the same direction—inside. Close lids and zip the outermost bag closed. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

Yes, the TSA-approved combination lock is built into the 21" Carry-On, 25" Medium, and 29" Large spinners. No padlock needed. Lockable zippers and locking sliders are included on the main compartment of all spinner sizes.
rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) is plastic that's been processed into durable yarn. Blended with polyester, it keeps the shell tough and water-repellent without a purely virgin-material footprint.
Roughly 25% more capacity. It's designed for the return leg, when souvenirs and shopping don't quite fit the same way they did on the way out.

Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth, mild soap, and water. Avoid bleach, acetone, or abrasive scrubbers, since they can damage the water-repellent finish. For stiff zippers, scrub gently with warm water and dish soap, rinse well, then rub the teeth lightly with a pencil tip as a dry lubricant. Store upright in a dry spot away from extreme temperatures.

We love your products! We purchased our first set about 10 years ago and it has held up VERY well! We needed additional room for a long trip we have coming up, and purchased the second set! No doubt we will love it as much as the first set, thank you for a wonderful product!
I have not traveled with this luggage yet, but I am looking forward to having the two front exterior "pockets" for easy access to certain items during travel. I also like the two zipper pockets inside the lid (instead of one large one) as well as the compression strap.
Used Ricardo luggage for years. Always excellent quality luggage. Not a fan of spinner wheels, but no one sells luggage with two straight wheels any more.
The suitcase is a lovely shade of French Gray and the case itself works well inside and out. I like the fact that it has a built in TSA lock (although a prior Ricardo suitcase had one of the locker arms break off in rough airline handling). Also like how it stacks together with t he matching underside small carry on bag. The two operate together smoothly allowing one to travel easily within the airport and off to get a rental car or whatever.

I received this item free of charge in exchange for my honest review. The Ricardo Beverly Hills Montecito 3.0 is about as perfect a suitcase as I could ask for. I love the any direction spinner wheels the tsa lock and the various areas to pack. But I especially love the second packing compartment. It is large enough to fit my belongings allowing my spouse to use the rest of the suitcase and it makes it easy for us to share one suitcase. It is easy to move easy to zip and easy to pack and unpack. It has relieved any stress of packing for a trip. I would very highly recommend this luggage to anyone who is contemplating a luggage purchase. You won’t regret it!
I have taken this product on a trip overseas and it handled very well. It is sturdy and the wheels were perfect. Running through the airport and the flight did not damage the luggage at all. My items were protected and even my perfumes were safe. The luggage has many areas for papers clothing and even my makeup bags. This is a stylish and functional piece of luggage. This Ricardo Beverly Hills Montecito 3.0 Softside Medium Checkin bag is by far the best piece of luggage I have owned. To start I love the green durable water resistant material it's made of. There are 4 large exterior pockets with a huge interior compartment. An adjustable compression strap makes packing easy. The zippers are all heavy duty that zip and unzip with ease. It has a built in TSA approved lock that is easy to personalize. There are 2 handles both padded. A standard handle on top and a 2nd one on the side which makes loading in and out of the car easier. The telescoping handle glides up and down as it should making pulling it through the airport a breeze. The 360� rotating wheels spin smoothly. Whether pulling with the telescoping handle or holding the top handle rolling through the airport is almost effortless. My frequent flights to see family has become easier now that I'm not struggling through the airport with my luggage!
I absolutely love this luggage!!! There's so many pockets and the space is spectacular. I was able to fit 2 weeks worth of outfits and two pair of shoes with no issue. It's very stylish and confortable to move it has the 4 wheels to easily handling when moving around. It has too many pockets to keep all your stuff separate it. Your clothes will be all separate and tight with the clips it comes with it has a pocket for other stuff that you will need on your trip and it has another pocket maybe for more delicate clothes. This suitcase glides across the floor. It comes with a lock which I love and it's huge! I love the straps inside and zip compartments on the outside. It really looks like a classy suitcase as well. We have used it a few times and still have had plenty of room! It is lightweight which helps you have more if you are checking the bag. Excellent full size suitcase. The storage features a large main pocket and zippable slimmer top pocket. The front has a large slim pocket and a smaller one on top good for a phone charger or other small accessory. Wheels are 360° and seem sturdy. The bag is lightweight but seems to be well crafted.
I received this free from Influenster and Beverly Hills Ricardo in return for my honest review on this medium 3.0 softside check in bag in the color graphite. I absolutely love it it is the perfect size and those 8 wheels make pulling it and turning it a breeze! So many pockets and the expanders help them even more with all the goodies you need to travel with. There's even special places for clothes you need to have only folded once or twice so it stays less wrinkled. Inside the big area has a very sturdy buckle to hold your items in place and a hidden pocket after you fill this suitcase up for things you want to keep hidden with all your clothes. I could not believe I could fit over a week's worth of clothes and even shoes and accessories and it still had tons of room and they were winter type of clothes. I love that it has a combo lock and USB ports for charging that is a handy feature. Very classy looking suitcase. It has lots of pockets for storage. Has lots on the inside and the outside. It holds a good amount of clothing and items for one person. It's very easy to spin and rolls very smoothly. It isnt tippy when full and I stuffed it full. The zippers zip smoothly. Nothing to assemble just take it and go.

The Ricardo Beverly Hills Montecito 3.0 Softside Medium Check In Bag is fantastic!! It is a soft soft side medium style check in suitcase but it is so roomy that I can fit much more in it than what I fit in my larger hard shell. It also weighs less than my hard shell so maybe that is why it seems like I can pack more into this bag. It travels really well. I likex that it has the TSA combo lock built in. It is also water repellent. The wheels spin in any direction so it is super easy to move around in the airport. We travel quite a bit and it always seems like my suitcases take a beating but this one has traveled really well. I would definitely purchase this brand. Well made, versatile, and a great deal of storage space for its size. There is a reason this is my second Ricardo suitcase. I originally reached out to Ricardo for help obtaining replacement parts for my previous, much-loved, and well-traveled Ricardo suitcase, which sadly was out of date. The inside organization is perfection. It has a really nice dual compartment layout adjustable straps to squeeze everything in and multiple zippered mesh pockets.The dual spinner wheels are very good. They glide nicely which is a must-have when you're running through the airport.It feels pretty sturdy. It's made from a high quality material that's supposed to resist water and scratches.
