To keep your luggage clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.
For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.
Store your luggage in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. To conveniently save space, all sizes from this collection nest (fit neatly) inside each other. Just open the largest suitcase and set the smaller size(s)—with the wheels facing the same direction—inside. Close lids and zip the outermost bag closed. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

The 20" carry-on is sized to comply with most major airline overhead compartment requirements. We always recommend confirming your specific airline's size policy before flying — limits vary, especially on regional or budget carriers.
Yes — all Cambria sizes include an expansion zipper that adds approximately 25% more packing capacity. The carry-on expands ~2" (5 cm); the medium and large check-ins expand ~2.5" (6.5 cm). That's the room you'll want on the return trip. Note that expanding the carry-on may push it past some airlines' overhead bin limits — worth checking before you fly.

The luggage arrived in a prompt manner. I haven’t had an opportunity to use it yet, but it looks very nice. I’m sure it will be the same quality as our other Ricardo luggage.
Love this luggage! The quality is outstanding and I am in love with the mango color. I bought the medium checked bag and carry on bag. The zippers zip with ease and the wheels roll super smooth. I know they will stand the test of time over the roughest of terrains. The quality of the materials used inside the luggage are just as nice.
This luggage is getting ready to go on a month long European vacation and I know it will perform beautifully. Why do I know? Because I bought a Ricardo Carry on 12 years ago for work travel, which I still have and has held up superbly! That little thing has been beaten to death and it still looks fantastic and performs well, still with all its original parts.
As far as price is concerned, it is worth every penny you pay. The website was having a sale, so I actually got this luggage cheaper than another brand I was looking at and didn’t have the same quality as Ricardo. I highly recommend Ricardo luggage!!!

Husband wanted more durable luggage for a work trip, as our old Riccardo suitcase finally broke a handle. The Cambria is sleek and strong, while still being light and easy to wheel. He took it on 10 flights to and around Taiwan, Vietnam and China and all he got was one scuff. No damage. It held up great and we look forward to getting many more years from it.

The suitcase is very nice, it took awhile before we figured out how the lock worked, going to the website video showed how. The only thing we didn’t like is the security tag that can’t be removed completely. Nice finish and almost matches the two others we bought at Costco, thanks.

I love this suitcase! We used it for the first time for a work trip for my husband. He flew to Cabo and this suitcase held his clothes and a mini keyboard SAFELY! It was easy to use and the lock was perfect, with no issues with TSA. I would actually buy this!
This is a great piece of luggage for shorter trips! So much room for my items and having the option to expand makes it even better. There's a lot of extra storage, which I like for separating worn clothes from clean ones. The outside is beautiful, durable, and the rolling/ spinning motion is smooth. 10/10!
I love everything about this suitcase!! First off the color print and hard outer shell are amazing! Easy to spot when travelling and keeps everything inside safe. This is a Ricardo-Beverly Hills Cambria hard shell medium check-in size suitcase. Dimensions are 26.5" height, 17.5" width and 10.75" depth. The weight is just shy of 10 pounds. The color is blue pearl, nice color. The wheels roll well. The handle extends out nicely, but is too short for a taller person (like myself). The zippers move smoothly. There is a little compartment/flap that is 2 sections, zippered. I had always assumed these were for shoes, and maybe they are, for smaller shoes. Mine do not fit. I see the value in this for perhaps documents or clothing to be separated from the general packed items. The TSA lock appears interesting, but I find locks on suitcases unnecessary. It was easy to lock and unlock the case. There is a 10 year warranty. Overall, this is a nice sturdy suitcase.
I am very pleased with Ricardo Beverly Hills. The medium-sized Cambria is a very durable piece of hardside luggage. The inside is extremely spacious and is expandable, if needed. I like the two attached zippered pockets for small items. The rolling wheels and 360 spinners wheels make it so easy to travel with. It also has TSA approved combination lock for security.
What a GORGEOUS color! I’m normally “all black everything” but had a moment and grabbed the Blue Pearl…and I’m so glad I did. It seems luxurious but still understated, not boring, and would complement any travel outfit or accessory. The suitcase itself is very lightweight, which surprised me until I realized how outdated my old clunky suitcases are. There is an unbelievable amount of thoughtful storage space inside, with extra zippered water resistant pockets. The zippers glide easily and securely, and there’s an expandable option for when you just can’t travel home with the same level of tightness. :) The TSA approved lock is another benefit. On first use, no visible scratches from an airline tossing it around. I love the peace of mind of a 10 year warranty. I can’t wait to get a matching suitcase for my husband.
I just received this medium sized spinner. This suitcase feels sturdy yet lightweight and the spinner wheels glide effortlessly across different surfaces.
First off, I love the exterior design. It’s classic but also super fun and easy to spot in a busy airport. I love the storage capacity for this luggage. The wet bag built into the suitcase is a great asset. The wheels are easy to maneuver over different surfaces. It’s very light (well it’s very light while empty.)
This is extremely durable. It's quite portable and there is enough of storage. It's quite comfortable and the versatility is there. I highly recommend.
The luggage is fairly light weight and has good volume for packing as much as possible. It has a side handle, as well as a top handle. That really helps me lift it up to place on a rack. The placement of the zip divider panel was better than in some of the other bags. Some of the other carry-ons I evaluated had the zip panel sewn in pretty far down below the zipper edge of the case. This really reduced the depth that is available for packing on that side. This case did a better job with that.

My wife and I have used Ricardo BH cases for the past 10 years. I find them durable, sturdy and protective. What I really like, they are lightweight and I have never gone over the 50 pound limit.
First off, the yellow color is really cute! It’s the perfect size for a checkin (not too big, which I have found some checkin luggage to be too large to pack full if I want it to be under 50ibs for a flight so as to not have it be overweight). The inside has a nice section of pockets and straps to secure my stuff in place.
This bag is great! The wheels work good even on carpet with no slowing down. Lock is good along with the functionality of the bag. One thing that can be slightly better is the outer shell can be slightly thicker. Warranty is great at 10 years too!
The spinner is durable, light, and very portable. It is made of decent material and has good capacity. The only issue was that the pack I received had an ugly leopard print. Definitely not my style, but would recommend other designs.
It's made from a thin plastic that feels flimsy and cheap, especially compared to my old Ricardo bag which was made from a sturdier, harder plastic. I had that bag for 10 years before the handle broke last year and didn't see a similar option on your website.
