To keep your luggage clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.
For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.
Store your luggage in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. To conveniently save space, all sizes from this collection nest (fit neatly) inside each other. Just open the largest suitcase and set the smaller size(s)—with the wheels facing the same direction—inside. Close lids and zip the outermost bag closed. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

Yes. Every size — 21" Carry-On, 21" FastAccess™, 25" Medium, and 29" Large — is available individually. Sets offer better value, but if you already own one piece and want to add another, both colorways are available across all sizes so everything still coordinates.
Yes — all Brentwood sizes include an expansion zipper that adds approximately 25% more packing volume. The 21" carry-on sizes expand ~2" (5 cm); the 25" and 29" check-in sizes expand ~2.5" (6.3 cm). That extra room is ideal for the return trip when souvenirs happen. Just keep in mind that expanding the carry-on may push it past some airlines' overhead bin limits — worth checking with your carrier before you fly.

Good, sturdy luggage. I now have two 29” and one 26” black Brentwood Hardside luggages. They handled the long flights and rough handling of many airports and so far minimal scratches.
This suitcase easily moves around no matter how heavy it is. It can smoothly glide beside you or tilted behind you. It has a hard shell and withstood a cross country flight. So much room in it!! It has a double zipper lock on it for added security.
My daughter love it so much on her first trip. She went to NewYork but herself and I give this luggage to her. It’s very light and easy to carry. She love the color too
I haven't used it to actually go traveling yet, but have used it as my luggage to put many makeup products I have. It can handle weight amazingly. Has a lot of space and very sturdy. It rolls great and it's light weight.

This arrived just in time to send with a relative overseas (which I’ll retrieve later this year and fill with shopping goodies to bring back home) because my previous hard shell luggage was cheap and cracked in transit overseas during a previous trip. We filled the Ricardo Beverly Hills “Brentwood” case to the brim with all the goods for my cousin to take back to her home and the luggage made it there with just minor scratches! The textured shell makes it more durable and resistant to scratches. When I go to visit her overseas later this year I can count on bringing my luggage back full without worrying about it busting like my previous one.
Aside from being sleek and nice to look at, I appreciate the many thoughtful features that make packing for travel more convenient. You can see several details in the photo of the tag I included (adjustable compression panels, many packing compartments) but it is also expandable for some extra space and the swivel made lugging the heavy suitcase around easier at the airport for me (before check-in to see my cousin off at the airport) and for her after arriving at her hometown and then taking the subway and walking to get to her place. We’re both “petite” and lack upper body strength but had no big struggles rolling the packed luggage around.
This suitcase has been thrown around and tossed everywhere, yet it still looks new. It’s very durable and has a lot of space. It’s very easy to move around even with a lot of items inside

I love this suitcase and I would definitely be open to buying it in the future after I test its durability. It’s a great size (on the larger end) for longer trips since it’ll fit a lot inside. I love the navy blue color and dark gray finish on the front, which makes it elegant and stand out just enough at the support. The wheels are double wheels, so they’re super easy to roll and spin. The handle also has 3 height settings, which is a big plus since it’s compatible for people of different heights when they roll it, and it makes it easy to lean on at the airport if needed. I also like the passcode/lock system with its zippers. It is all plastic except the zippers and the handle. The suitcase is expandable if extra room is needed. This is an essential feature for me. Most of my luggage is Samsonite and I think this brand is a slight upgrade from it in terms of quality. I will, however, need to assess its durability as I take more trips and use it multiple times. The inside of the suitcase is what I really liked. Great quality fabric, useful sections with zippers, and really secure straps to hold items in. It even came with a large black laundry bag (looks and feels like a shoe bag), that I am definitely keeping in there for all my trips. If the brand carries more designs and colors, I definitely think it would become more popular and commonly used!

The material quality is very high quality, and I love how it's easy to wipe down. It is extremely sturdy and durable. I'm extremely impressed at how much this suitcase can hold and it's many different sections. It even includes a much needed laundry bag. The wheels are great and make it easy to roll and move in any way possible. The added security code gives peace of mind when traveling. I highly recommend this suitcase for anyone and would give this the highest rating.
I'm so pleased with this suitcase. Probably my favorite thing is that the wheels roll SO nicely! The dual zipper for a little added space is a really nice feature too, as is the combination lock. I'm also quite fond of the navy color as opposed to traditional black suitcases.

This is such a great quality bag it has allot of nice storage features it’s very durable and sturdy doesn’t tip over or anything. It glides across the floor like butter and overall just comfortable to use
Super durable suitcase that has so much space for all your items. The inside has organization pockets to put all those little items in so that it’s not moving around. The TSA locks come in clutch so that it’s secure when traveling. I usually have a separate lock but with this built in lock, it saves me the hassle of adding it. Overall, it has a luxury feel to it and would recommend to others.
