To keep your duffel clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.
For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.
Store your duffel in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

This bag is wonderful! It is bigger than I thought it would be, which isn't a bad thing. It has lots of space, a handle in the back to slide onto carry on or check bag handles, and seems very durable.

My Ricardo Beverly Hills Avalon Drop-Bottom Weekender Duffel is a large, spacious bag. It has a pocket inside that I think is meant for your laptop. It has a compartment at the bottom that you can detach if you don�t need the extra storage space. The material seems good quality. The straps look durable and comfortable. I would recommend this product if you need a roomy bag to put a lot of things.

The bottom compartment is structured, while the top is softer. The material feels very durable, sturdy and water resistant, and I love that the material is 100% recycled from water bottles. The walls of the bag are cushioned while still being lightweight. The removable crossbody bag is very comfortable, and I appreciate the top handles and the back strap to hook the bag onto a suitcase handle.
The compartments are well thought out, the bottom being a perfect shoe section, and top can fit anything else you may need. The top also has a side pocket perfect for tablets, laptops, etc.
The size is perfect for a weekend trip; I travelled with it last week and it fit the airline�s size limitations for a personal item. So if you fly with a budget airline and don�t want to pay for a carryon bag, this is great!

It is spacious, durable and the zippers and handles are sturdy. I like that is has multiple compartments, especially the one at the bottom that is good for shoes or anything else you want to keep separate. It�s a nice, lightweight, functional option. I highly recommend for short trips and weekend getaways.
This bag is fantastic! It is so durable and spacious. My son and I went out of town for his birthday recently, and it held everything we needed for the entire weekend. It has feet on the bottom of the bag , so you don't have to worry about setting it down on the ground outside. We were both so impressed. It's even insulated, so you can put food or drinks in the separate pocket on the bottom if you choose to do so. It looks so chic and classy, too. My son has pretty much taken it over over. He uses it for his hockey stuff. Shockingly, I was able to get the smell out of it, and it still looks brand new after a quick trip to the dry cleaner. I got on the Ricardo website and checked out some of their other items for potential gifts for Christmas. This bag is a great value. It checks off all the boxes for me and more. Love it!

I would love to give this 5 stars because it is beautiful, nice quality and rooming. I wanted it to go on top of the 20 inch carry on but it is a little big to ride easily. I frequently fly Allegiant and the personal item needs to fit 18x14x8 inches. It is just a bit larger. This nice quality bag doesn’t squish which is nice.
The shoulder strap is very comfortable, and I especially like the zippered bottom area where you can put shoes and other things in a different spot from the rest of the bag. I don�t really use the slots on the inside to put things in. It seems pretty durable. ? It does not keep it shape very well when it is unzipped, so that is slightly awkward, but overall, it�s a solid overnight bag.
This quality of this bag feels super nice. The fabric is durable and there are expander snaps on the side make it so you can fit a lot in it. The shoe compartment on the bottom is convenient to separate shoes and toiletries from your clothes. This bag is perfect for a weekend getaway. It�s even great as a carry-on because it has the strap to go over your suitcase handle.

Seems pretty sturdy so far. The bottom section would be good for clothes or maybe low profile shoes - definitely won�t fit running shoes. It has one exterior zip pocket and the two interior pockets don�t zip.
This bag is certainly functional, with plenty of pockets and straps, it just doesn't have that luxury feel, making it a little overpriced. It is roomy on the inside, but the inner lining feels cheap and has a childish print.
There are 2 straps attached, one handle and one crossbody with a nice length (detachable). The accents are made of faux leather, although you would think the price would suggest real leather. The bottom zips open for more storage and there are plenty of pockets.
