To keep your luggage clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.
For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.
Store your luggage in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. To conveniently save space, all sizes from this collection nest (fit neatly) inside each other. Just open the largest suitcase and set the smaller size(s)—with the wheels facing the same direction—inside. Close lids and zip the outermost bag closed. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

It's very nice but smaller than expected and was therefore rejected by the person for whom it was purchased as a gift. It was supposed to be the same size as the Monticello 2.0 that I have.
I'm looking forward to using this suitcase on my next trip. Great measurements for short trips or international travel. As a recovering overpacker, I only wish it had an expandable zipper like the regular carry-on size counterpart.
Originally placed my order on January 23, 2024 but never received the order! Customer service gave me nothing but the runaround. Theresia the customer service rep was very unhelpful and not reassuring from the start and ultimately was not able to resolve the matter. I never received my order and never received a refund either. It has been almost 2 months now since I never received my order!!! I would like to leave a review for this item but I cannot because I never received it! Ricardo Beverly Hills is a company that obviously does not care about its customers or resolving an ongoing issue! I am still awaiting a resolution for this missing order! The fact of the matter is that I paid my hard earned money ($147.17) for this product but never received it! The ordeal that I have been put through is absolutely horrific and unacceptable! They never answer emails and never answer phone calls! I am going to be filing complaints and will do everything in my power to make sure that people find out about the horrifying experience I have had with this company! I am absolutely livid over the way this situation has been handled. Almost 2 months!! Almost 2 months now and my issue still has not been resolved!!! Horrific and unprofessional customer service!
