You can enjoy your RICARDO® luggage knowing that after you purchase it from an authorized Ricardo Beverly Hills store or dealer, it will be covered by our industry leading warranty.

WARRANTY TYPES

Each product carries a different warranty. Check your product hangtag to find the applicable warranty. The Ricardo Beverly Hills Warranty goes into effect from the date of purchase. Read more below about the different warranties that we offer.

FIRST YEAR OF OWNERSHIP: QUALITY GUARANTEE

(Requires Activation)

Ricardo Beverly Hills is committed to delivering The Ultimate Travel Experience by standing behind its products with its seal of quality: the First Year of Ownership Quality Guarantee. Register your RICARDO® luggage within 90 days of purchase and start enjoying the benefits that come with it. Register online at www.ricardobeverlyhills.com or mail in your registration card found inside your luggage.

The Quality Guarantee covers defects due to faulty materials or workmanship as well as damages caused by normal wear and tear (i.e. defective handles, zippers, locks, wheels), and transportation damage (i.e. by airline, hotels, etc). Should your luggage become unusable, Ricardo Beverly Hills will either repair or replace the luggage free of charge. If the luggage is to be replaced and it is no longer available, Ricardo Beverly Hills will replace it with a comparable one.

This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, cosmetic damage (i.e. scratches or stained fabrics), or incidental or consequential damages such as loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time or similar expense.

Our dealers and service centers are always at your disposal for warranted or non-warranted repairs, the latter done at an appropriate charge. For warranty service at an authorized Service Center, you will need the original receipt of purchase. Our warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorized Ricardo Beverly Hills store or dealer.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Your RICARDO® luggage is protected by Ricardo Beverly Hills Limited Lifetime Warranty, under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Warranty covers defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. Consequently, in case of defects covered by the warranty, Ricardo Beverly Hills will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the luggage free of charge. If the luggage is to be replaced and it is no longer available, Ricardo Beverly Hills will replace it with a comparable one. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state or country to country.

This warranty does not cover:

      • Defects caused by normal wear and tear. Moving parts and wheels will show signs of normal wear with use and may need to be repaired or replaced.
      • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or transportation damage (i.e. by airline, hotels, etc)
      • Damage caused by service (including repairs) performed by anyone not duly authorized by Ricardo Beverly Hills or its representatives

10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Your RICARDO® luggage is protected by Ricardo Beverly Hills 10 Year Limited Global Warranty, under the terms and conditions of this warranty. Consequently, in case of defects covered by the warranty, Ricardo Beverly Hills will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the luggage free of charge. Your RBHTM luggage is protected by the Ricardo Beverly Hills Performance Guarantee, under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Warranty covers defects due to faulty material or workmanship as well as damages caused by normal wear and tear (i.e. defective handles, zippers, locks), and transportation damage (i.e. by airline, hotels, etc).
