Ricardo Beverly Hills® takes pride in its products and is committed to providing its customers with quality luggage. Your RICARDO® luggage is protected by a specific Ricardo Beverly Hills Limited Warranty. Please check your product hangtag to find the applicable warranty on your bag.
The Warranty covers defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, cosmetic damage, or transportation damage by carriers. It does not cover normal wear and tear from use. Moving parts and wheels will show signs of normal wear with use and may need to be repaired or replaced with time.

We will send you an email directing you to one of our Authorized Repair Centers for an evaluation of your luggage. The repair center will assess your luggage and determine if it is damaged, wear, or defective and if your bag is currently under warranty.
IF your bag is found to be COVERED under warranty:
- If repairable ~Ricardo will repair it at no cost to you.
(If originally shipped to the repair center, Ricardo will ship it back to you at our expense.)
- If not repairable, Ricardo will replace it with the same bag, if available; or one comparable in size, style & quality. The new bag will be shipped directly to you. (NOTE: The original bag will be retained)
IF your bag is found not to be covered under warranty you have the options of:
- Having the bag repaired at your expense, at an agreed upon price with the Repair Center (If repairable)
- Having the bag returned back to you unrepaired (if shipped to the Repair Center, at your expense)
- Having the Repair Center dispose of the piece at your request
Ricardo Beverly Hills reserves the right to make the final judgment on all claims. Please complete the Warranty Evaluation form below to proceed with the repair & warranty process. Please do not send your luggage directly to Ricardo Beverly Hills.
