Flight Essentials Warranty

The Ricardo Flight Essentials collection is protected by a Three-Year Limited Commercial Warranty. All our products are put through rigorous testing, and we stand behind them - because your satisfaction is our goal. It’s unlikely, but if something does go wrong with your Ricardo luggage, email or call us and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

To activate this warranty, please register here and upload your receipt from an authorized retailer to establish Proof of Purchase.  


  • Defects due to faulty materials or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use.


  • Normal wear and tear from use. Moving parts such as wheels, handles, zippers & other moving parts, will show signs of normal wear with use and may need to be repaired or replaced with time.
  • Damage caused by abuse, mishandling, or accidental damage by any transportation carrier or user (i.e. by airlines, hotels, etc.)
  • Misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, cosmetic damage such as catches in the fabric or shell, stains, and color changes.
  • Damage caused by service (including repairs) performed by anyone not duly authorized by Ricardo Beverly Hills, or its representatives.

Warranty Period – 3 Years from the purchase date; your original receipt, Proof of Purchase, is required to establish the warranty period and authenticity of purchase. Determination of what is and is not covered is subject to the sole discretion of Ricardo Beverly Hills.

Our Customer Service Team and service centers are always at your disposal for warranted or non-warranted repair, the latter done at an appropriate charge. Should you require service for your luggage visit our Contact Us Page or to locate an authorized Service Center You will need the original receipt of purchase. Our warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorized Ricardo Beverly Hills store or dealer.
