To keep your luggage clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.
For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.
Store your luggage in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. To conveniently save space, all sizes from this collection nest (fit neatly) inside each other. Just open the largest suitcase and set the smaller size(s)—with the wheels facing the same direction—inside. Close lids and zip the outermost bag closed. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

Nice features. I selected this bag specifically because it has a deep zippered pocket in the lid that I use for my dresses/tops; do wish it had some compression straps in that section. I like the exterior pocket for paperwork and/or laptop or iPad and the long zippered pocket inside. Shoe and dirty laundry bags were a nice bonus. At first I didn’t like the compression straps that come from the top and bottom but now I like them because I don’t have to dig around for four little straps like on my last bag which got buried or twisted. I wish the interior was an inch longer but I’m making do. Very happy with this.

My first trip with it won't be until early July so my only evaluation so far is that it looks great and that it has numerous useful compartments that will be good for keeping everything organized.
My current business permits me to travel worldwide, frequently transferring from planes to trains and cars. Convenience dictates use of a carry on suitcase that is able to store a weeks worth of clothing in wrinkle free condition.
I have been very pleased with the Ricardo Santa Cruz 7.0 carry on bag because it has great features such as a zippered shirt holder that maintains wrinkle free dress shirts for business meetings. I have worn out this luggage and replaced it with the Rodeo Drive 2.0 soft side carryon which I hope to be as functional as the other Ricardo bags.
I am a fan of the rodeo Beverly Hills soft side carry-on it has great storage capacity and is very light weight and durable! I was able to comfortably get around with my fashionable luggage in tow!
Talk about quality. I was gifted this and I feel so blessed. This is absolutely beautiful and so high quality! The maneuverability is so smooth. The inside is perfect and comes with laundry bags and a toiletry bag and it all feels luxurious. This carry-on also comes equipped with a changing port. A luggage tag. A spot for a laptop or tablet. I mean they were really thoughtful in the design of this suitcase. It's even light and it expands. I love the Rodeo Beverly Hills Rodeo drive soft side Carry on. Its lightweight and and durable. For a small carry on it offers alot of pockets and space to store things. I also love the feature it has for a portable charger so you arent carrying so much bulk.
I love this suitcase. I travel frequently for work and this is the perfect piece of luggage. I usually buy mid-price luggage and this is a significant upgrade from anything I have used. For a carry on it’s a little large so double check your flight to ensure it fits overhead. It feels very sturdy which is always my concern with soft sided bags. I love all the pockets and compartments for keeping my things separate and organized. My only gripe is when the top is unzipped it is a bit floppy

I love everything about this bag! They thought of everything! There is a hanging bag built-in, well thought out adjustable compression straps, snap-out toiletries pouch, and a removable drawstring laundry bag to name a few of the extras. This bag seems very well made.
I haven't been able to take it on a trip yet, but I am excited to use it in a couple of weeks and will update my review then.
Love this luggage. I have so many good things to say about it:
1. Extremely smooth roll- really feels like you aren't pulling anything. You can move in any direction and it slides across the floor with ease.
2. Buckle to hold clothes in. Open it and clothes don't fall out and it keeps them compact. You can adjust it to how tight you want it
3. Charges phone (would need to purchase portable battery) I like that you wouldn't have to carry a battery in your hand or purse. It could be packed away and you wouldn't have to dump your luggage out to charge your phone.
4. Includes 3.1.1 bag for liquids in your carry on. I found that to be a huge benefit because you wouldn't have to worry about your liquids flying all over your bag and possibly spilling.
5. Plenty of storage. I'm not a light packer and the numerous compartments would help with keeping in compact and organized
6. Can easily pack a 7 day vacation with this luggage. Includes packing bags. 2 bags for shoes. One large laundry bag too. No more plastic storage bags for me! Or you could pack underwear, socks, makeup in these bags.
7. Shiny, high quality buckle. Nylon material looks and feels luxurious.
8. Luggage tag/ID case is protected and it retracts back into the luggage for safe keeping.
9. Has a side handle, so you can carry it sideways or upright, which is always helpful when you're trying to make it through a crowded airport/plane
The ONLY con I noticed was pet hair did stick to it a little bit but I have 3 cats and I'm blaming them. Not the luggage.

This luggage suitcase is so insanely beautiful. Not only is it beautiful but it has so many compartments for different things it makes it take a lot of stuff look like very little. I was very impressed by it . Not only that but you can charge stuff on it . I found this to be very fancy and very stunning.
Everything about this screams quality. From the durable and quality materials of its insides and various pockets. To the outside sturdy material that will keep all of the content safe and immovable. A special compartment for your laptop is included. Along with a compartment for a portable charger and a wire attached to give you that option. There are various bags that come included for your shoes, laundry, etc. Did you forget to get yourself a tag for your luggage? That's fine. It comes with one and is more securely attached than all of my relationships combined. This is the finest luggage I will ever own. I've never known this kind of quality. I will be purchasing for friends going forward. This won't be a repurchase because this luggage looks to last my entire life and even my children's. All while being sleek and super functional. Just wow. Compliments to the chef on this one.

So full transparency, I was planning to remove this luggage and then give it away because I really don�t need new luggage. Also, because I prefer hard luggage. The bag to put liquid items in. The front pocket to put a laptop in. It�s perfect. I did some research and saw that it does come in a hard style but the front laptop pocket would be missing. I�m so hooked on this luggage that I�m tempted to buy the bigger size. I will probably get that size in the hard style. It�s pricey but I can understand why it�s so pricey. It�s worth it!

The Rodeo Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive Softside Carry-On is best I have seen and I have famous brand suitcases. The carry on brings 3 extra bags that you can use for laundry or shoes. It also has a usb port to connect a charger for to charge your electronics. And the front compartment has a computer padded pocket.

Zipper pull was broken on arrival. I have reached out to customer service so waiting to see how this gets resolved. It was disappointing to receive a defective product I had such high hopes for.
As of right now, I really like this. There is a lot of space in it and I love how there are so many different pockets for all of my things. Especially the bag for my liquids. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I haven’t used it too much so in terms of durability, I am not sure how long it will last. But as of right now, it is great.
My husband was surprised that this carryon luggage was so spacious, it even had a shoe bag and a bag for accessories. He loved traveling with it on our trip to Napa this past month. Be aware that it does look like other luggages, so make sure to use something to mark it as yours. We didn't have a chance to use the charger, we didn't get the battery.
