What is FastAccess™ and which sizes have it?+

FastAccess™ is a front-panel zipper pocket exclusive to the FastAccess™ Carry-On. It lets you reach in-flight essentials like headphones, snacks, and your passport without opening the main compartment or pulling the bag from the overhead bin. It also includes a built-in collapsible stand to prop your phone or tablet for hands-free viewing.

What is SmartStand® and which sizes have it?+

SmartStand® is the built-in collapsible stand that props your phone or tablet hands-free at the gate, in your seat, or on a video call. It's included on both 21" Carry-On sizes and folds flat against the shell when not in use.

What does the 10-year warranty cover?+

The 10-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover airline damage, misuse, or cosmetic wear over time. To file a claim or see what's included, visit the Ricardo Beverly Hills warranty page.

Can I buy individual pieces to complete a set later?+

Yes. Every size is available individually: the 21" Carry-On, 21" FastAccess™, 25" Medium, and 29" Large. Sets offer better value, but if you already own one piece and want to add another, both colorways are available in every size, so everything still matches.

Is this suitcase expandable, and how much extra space does it add?+

Yes. Every Brentwood size has an expansion zipper that adds about 25% more packing volume. The 21" carry-on sizes expand about 2" (5 cm), and the 25" and 29" check-in sizes expand about 2.5" (6.3 cm). Expanding the carry-on may put it over some airlines' size limits, so check with your carrier before you fly.

What material is the Brentwood luggage made from?+

The Brentwood shell is made from 100% polycarbonate, a hardside material known for impact resistance, light weight, and flexibility under pressure. Unlike cheaper ABS plastic, polycarbonate flexes on impact instead of cracking, which makes it well suited to checked baggage handling.

Does it include a TSA lock?+

Yes. Every size in the Brentwood collection includes a built-in Travel Sentry® approved TSA combination lock. You set your own 3-digit combination, and TSA agents can open, inspect, and relock your bag with their master keys without cutting or damaging your lock or zipper.
