To keep your backpack clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.
For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.
Store your duffel in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

This is a great backpack for traveling. It has padded compartments for my laptop AND tablet, a front organizer compartment and lots of space for other items I need when I travel. I like how it's made from recycled plastic and how it can easily be carried with my other luggage, with the pass through trolley strap. The fabric is durable and I especially like the side pocket for easy access. It also comes with an extended warranty.
This is a great medium size backpack. It is great to for school or work. I like the sleek design and look of the bag. It’s not the biggest but fits a days worth of stuff and is sleek. I would get it and look at other sizes for travel and longer trips

The Ricardo Beverly Hills Avalon Backpack is beautifully designed i love the shape and how it looks. Simple and not too much going on. It seems to be of good quality and material so it's versatile.
There's a lot of storage space, lots of pockets and places to store things which I really like. A place to put your laptop which is padded. The back portion of the bag, where your back will be isn't as padded but if your not keeping that much heavy stuff in there it should be comfortable to wear. The straps aren't that padded as well but normal for a backpack.

The book bag is definitely the right size to fit comfortably under a plane seat. Material seems to be really durable. I’ve got a couple things that I need when it comes to travel bags that this one doesn’t have. For starters the zipper only goes down half way to the bag so it’s really hard to fully pack it with your items and harder to look for things since the space is so tight. I also wish the logo was more on the discreet side not smack dab in the middle. Would I purchase this particular bag, I would say no.
Again, same sort of issues with other products, the bag is not immaculate upon arrival. Which is disappointing for such an expensive bag. Some of the metal zippers look as if they have been scratched and the metal on all my Avalon bags arrived with no plastic/protection. Some of the zippers are also not very smooth moving.
I received this product for free from Influenster and Ricardo Beverly Hills in exchange for my honest opinion. First off the design and color of the bookbag is cute. It’s lightweight easy to carry. However, it got three pockets inside of the book bag. To be honest if you going to stay somewhere like three days this bookbag is good to have. There is no room for extra things. The way I pack things nothing hardly will fit in the bookbag. So, if it was big and had enough space I would gave it a good rating.
I traveled abroad to gift this bag and they had to tell me that was not the bag I had ordered. I was shipped the wrong back pack. What a disgrace. They shipped Rainier Deluxe Backpack 17L as opposed to the Avalon Laptop Back, 23 L .
