To keep your luggage clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.
For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.
Store your luggage in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. To conveniently save space, all sizes from this collection nest (fit neatly) inside each other. Just open the largest suitcase and set the smaller size(s)—with the wheels facing the same direction—inside. Close lids and zip the outermost bag closed. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

It's sized to meet most major airline overhead compartment requirements. We always recommend confirming your airline's specific policy before flying — limits can vary, particularly on regional or budget carriers.
Yes — the Travel Sentry® approved combination lock is built into all three Rodeo Drive 2.0 Hardside sizes. No separate padlock needed. TSA agents can open, inspect, and relock your bag without cutting or damaging anything.
The 21" carry-on expands by 2" and the 25" and 29" checked sizes expand by 2.5". It's designed for the return trip — when souvenirs, shopping, or just looser packing means you need more room than you started with.
Every Rodeo Drive 2.0 Hardside includes a removable drawstring laundry bag and shoe bags. The laundry bag keeps worn items separated from clean ones, and the shoe bags protect your footwear — and everything packed around them.

This luggage is designed perfectly. It is spacious and sturdy on the inside with great compartments allowing for the separation of clothes, shoes and toiletries. It is big enough to accommodate my scuba gear and all my clothes, etc..

Just returned from a trip that went from US to Istanbul and back. Couldn’t be happier with this luggage. Meanwhile, the wheels on my Samsonite carry on shredded by the end of my trip. I would like the Ricardo carry-on in the same line but what a shame that the specs are too large for international travel. Always happy with my Ricardo luggage. My last set lasted two decades and lots of international travel.
The blue is cute but not as cute as the purple, which is sold out! Yes color choice does knock it down a peg for me. I've had Ricardo of B.H. Luggage for almost as long as the brand has been in business! The luggage is well thought out and designed. It holds up well to years of travel use.
I picked up a not inexpensive hard sided bag, then I stopped traveling for a few years. Cut to prepping for an up coming trip and the never used bag broke when it accidentally slid off my bed! And that is why I came back to Ricardo luggage!
I wish I had been in time to get the entire set in purple but I'll still have the 25" checked and the roller carryon in purple. All together they are a classy looking set of bags!

We just bought the Rodeo Drive 2.0 set (on sale!) for our travels now that we are retired. It is light-weight, sturdy and easy to move around. The inside compartments are well divided. I really like the built-in lock and charger which eliminates the need for a separate padlock and the time looking for charging ports. I am excited about bringing the Ricardo set with us on our travels!
I just took the large Rodeo Drive to Europe, for two weeks. Best suitcase, I have ever owned, hands-down. I can just fit so much stuff in it and it moves around effortlessly. Not to mention, easy to pick out from all the other bags if you get the lilac. Highly recommend

Absolutely love this suitcase. Especially for those longer trips especially in winter season when clothes are bulkier. I especially love the handle at the bottom of the suitcase for easier gripping when transferring from the car or baggage claim!
I traveled with this bag a few times and most recently to Canada. The bag rolled easily in the snow and it was perfect to handle. This bag is large enough for me to sit in comfortably and I am 5 feet 9 inches tall. The bag held all of my winter gear including coats and ski attire. I was happy traveling with the large luggage and unfortunately it was lost by the airline. but when I received the bag I simply dusted off the snow and debris and the bag was like brand new. I highly recommend this bag and look forward to traveling with it again.
This gorgeous suitcase is perfect for our extended adventures on cruise ships. Very lightweight so I can handle it easier. Lots of room to pack souvenirs from our travels. I especially like the colors on the inside material. Next trip is to Europe for 3 weeks. Definitely need this larger suitcase.

I bought the large suitcase fully expecting it to have the charging port 😔 it does not. Only the carry on does. Im also worried the suitcase is a little too big and maybe i shouldve pick the medium (not their fault) but i already got rid of the box it came in.
I used the large suitcase on a recent cruise. The silver on the corners chipped off revealing black during the flight. Has anyone experienced the same thing with theirs during plane travel?

The color is wonderful, style and ruggedness very high quality and durability!
So why, oh why would latest higher end hardside change interior dividers and pocketing?
The hold down on the �right side� - looking from the bottom(roller side) when opened - is absolutely wonderful! Wife, strong, easily fastened and adds to interior support.
The �left side� is a zippered divider. On some versions of Ricardo bags this divider has two half pockets with zippers .. and of interest a zipper on the full U shape to seal this side of the bag off from the other. The zipper on some models is externally accessible by opening the hard shell and spread the hard sides open a bit.
This model has the wonderful divider woven in to fully separate the interior halves� BUT the divider zipper is woven into the outer edge of the bag. This requires a full opening and spreading of the hard side to gain access to the zipper.
Worse for my travels is the Single Zippered compartment on the divider. The access is from the long side, with an entry �ledge� that consumes some of the valuable space of the compartment.
Ricardo! Please put your original full divider with two upright pockets back into your bags and have the hard side external zipper be an easier access to the divider zipper on the top half sized pocket on the interior divider!

Kudos to any company that makes a product that can survive the airlines for a few years at a time.
Why oh Why!?
I purchased the original Rodeo Drive Large Hard-case with the full interior zipper divider on one side with — TWO distinct zippered areas on it.
So WHY? Would you change the interior divider between upgrades!?! The latest has One large zipper area and the zipper has been ‘redesigned’ to run the length of the bag instead of across the width … there is an area inset on that consumes a portion prior to the zipper entry as well.
In my opinion . Not a good change, less utility and a more wasteful use of space. I like and need the interior I choose from your designs to stay basically the same so I can resume my travel moving seamlessly from one of your bags to another. I especially expect the interior to stay the same or be grandly noted as an improvement that was similar to the original version so I can make a choice of purchases.
This most recent 2.0 is a beautiful color, and a top quality rugged case I want to enjoy on the 8 to 16 flights a month I take for work and pleasure before the airlines find a way to destroy it. Please allow your avid fans a way of replacing legacy bags with the same interior zippers, dividers and features within the same line of bags you offer.
I have shared my discontent with you multiple times with absolutely no result or response from you.
