To keep your luggage clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.
For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.
Store your luggage in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. To conveniently save space, all sizes from this collection nest (fit neatly) inside each other. Just open the largest suitcase and set the smaller size(s)—with the wheels facing the same direction—inside. Close lids and zip the outermost bag closed. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

Yes, the TSA-approved combination lock is built into the 21" Carry-On, 25" Medium, and 29" Large spinners. No padlock needed. Lockable zippers and locking sliders are included on the main compartment of all spinner sizes.
rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) is plastic that's been processed into durable yarn. Blended with polyester, it keeps the shell tough and water-repellent without a purely virgin-material footprint.
Roughly 25% more capacity. It's designed for the return leg, when souvenirs and shopping don't quite fit the same way they did on the way out.

Easy ordering. Great savings through Shop. Fantastic quality. My previous luggage was Richard’s of Beverly Hill. It is still in great shape even though it is 30 years old. I just wanted an upgrade.
Love the suitcase but it was too large. I contacted your company to exchange it, just to be told I have to pay for shipping. This is ridiculous and I will not purchase from your company again.
The quality appears to be top notch. The separate packing areas of the case is what we really like. The spinners seem to be solid and rigid to last a long time. We have not had a chance to use as of yet, but we purchased the 3 various sized pieces in this style because we love them. We had another 2 sets of 3 each Ricardo BH suitcases that lasted 20 years of heavy travel. These appear to be built even better then my previous.
I had a Ricardobeverlyhills bag for over 15 years. Being a world traveler I always needed a good bag to go around. My bag never failed me. It was always very accommodating and easy to carry everything I needed.
A few years back I thought I was going to get another bag because I abused the one I had. I remember that I put my old bag in the trash several times but I kept going back for it until I decided to buy a new Ricardo carry on. Now I ready for a full size because I know there’s no other bag like it.
Great bag it has a sturdy appearance but neat at the same time has a spot for everything and a lot of compartments very easy to fit all your clothes and accessories has the wheels to make it easy to carry very happy with my bag.
It's beautiful and exactly what I need for my trips. One question that I have is how do I change the combination from the factory setting on this Montecito 3.0 soft side.
We are frequent travelers and most recently took a cruise and this fit everyone's stuff. My husband me a chronic overpacker and my 5 year old. It was easy to maneuver and so functional. Love the pockets and storage and the bag itself is light weight so no extra lbs.

This suitcase is literally the best quality one I have ever used!! It's huge and surprisingly light weight. It rolls so smoothly and has the most magnificently buttery smooth 360 degree turn. It has so much extra storage and holds so many items. I was able to pack for 2 people in it! And I absolutely love the material!! Wow this piece of luggage is huge! My husband and I are now empty nesters and plan on going on many vacations in 2026. I love how spacious this luggage is! It's big enough that it can fit all of my items and husbands items as well with plenty of room left over! I love how there are wheels on this which will make it so much easier navigating the airport. Ricardo Beverly Hills sent this suitcase to me complimentary in exchange for an honest review. I waited to review it until after I had traveled multiple times with this suitcase so I could give a thorough and experienced review. This was obviously designed with a frequent traveler in mind; it is convenient with a sophisticated look. I can push it with one finger even at max capacity. There are four pockets on the outside so you can store anything you might need to access while traveling (and not have to deal with zipping the main part open to fish something out). The pockets are nicely sized and the inside compartments are also well thought out. I can pack several pairs of shoes and zip them away to protect the rest of my belongings. You can see from my pictures posted that this suitcase can fit a LOT; my huge winter parka doesn't even take up a quarter of the space. It is easy to zip even when packed to the absolute brim. A couple of years ago I spent a small fortune on hard side luggage that already looks like it lost a battle in a wind storm. It got increasingly more scratched up every time I traveled by plane. I realized quickly that this soft side luggage will look brand new far longer. This material is not actually soft; it's durable and water resistant. It is easy to wipe down and keep clean. I also appreciate that it has the classic upscale look that never goes out of style because this is going to be my suitcase of choice for years.

I absolutely love this Ricardo Beverly Hills Montecito 3.0 Softside Large Check-In Expandable Spinner. I can see this suitcase was thoughtfully designed for extensive travel. This Softside suitcase is huge I think I can fit my entire wardrobe inside. The expandable feature is excellent but I probably won't use it cause I don't own enough stuff to fill it as is! I will use this to help move from one house to another. It'll say me time and effort! The spinner wheels glide smoothly in every direction making it easy to maneuver even through long corridors. Even when fully packed it rolls effortlessly and stays balanced. The softside material feels durable yet lightweight.Inside the organization is excellent. The compartments and pockets keep everything neatly in place which makes packing and unpacking much less stressful. I also appreciate how sturdy the handles feel and how smoothly the zippers operate small details but they make a big difference.Overall this suitcase feels reliable stylish and practical. Very surprised the the capacity of the luggage. 4 wheel mobility makes it easy to use and good to control . There was no assembly it was already ready to go. The value of the luggage is out matched in mobility and I can't say enough on the utilization of pockets for storage. The engineering of practicalityFor all the pockets is very amazing. Only way to make this thing better would be The Hard Case version.
First- this suitcase is huge. I can pack both mine and my husbands things for a 5 night trip it is very good quality. Has a TSA combination lock multiple zippers and clips inside. The fabric and everything feels thick and very good quality. The spinner wheels roll seamlessly over things- even my rugs and bumps. I can not wait to use this for my next trip! The only issue is where to store it when not in use due to its size which is a good problem to have!
Excellent full size suitcase. The storage features a large main pocket and zippable slimmer top pocket. The front has a large slim pocket and a smaller one on top good for a phone charger or other small accessory. Wheels are 360� and seem sturdy. The bag is lightweight but seems to be well crafted.
What a nice suitcase!! It was perfect timing when I received this Ricardo Beverly Hills suitcase. We are preparing to leave for a holiday cruise and this suitcase checks off so many boxes. Large roomy interior! Not only does it already have a lot of space but look at all these zipper pockets on the flap side. Large full air and then smaller but still large size zipper compartments. It allows you to add extra depth if needed for on your way home with extra stuff. So the expansion is helpful the wheels are a dream. They are so smooth. Effortlessly pull this large suitcase with ease and it will spin in circles with barely a push. That's how smooth the wheels are. Has a built in TSA lock and has brown leather accents to make this look classy and pull the navy blue and brown accents together. If only I could include even more photos. Great product! Easily packed all my stuff hubs and most of my youngest stuff for a 10 day trip.
I am so happy with this suitcase!! It's so lightweight for how HUGE it is. I had an Europe trip and this couldn't have been a better suitcase. The wheels are so cool it moves easily in all directions and it's very easy to carry! The colors and the finishes are also on point!! Highly recommend it!
This is the best luggage I have ever had. It is sturdy sophisticated and the material feels durable. It is definitely not that heavy when compared to all the space that it provides. This large check in expandable spinner is what you need in a luggage for traveling. It fits with most airline standard measurements for baggage. I like the facts that its zipper can extend the luggage a little bigger and its handle can adjust to the height you comfortable with. It's also every light weight and material is durable. I definitely use this for traveling from now on.
Got this check-in luggage bag just in time before my big trip. It's quite sturdy holds a LOT of things and it is easy to wheel around. It is quite spacious and the fabric material quality is good. It comes with a TSA lock and an extra small pouch for toiletries. I could pack upto 22kgs of luggage item in it(It's expandable!)

Love this large and elegant suitcase. It arrived right before I took a trip so it was fantastic timing. The wheels roll so effortlessly and the handle works so smoothly. It was great organizing pockets inside and out. The material is a thick and durable material that is easy to wipe clean and sturdy enough to survive being checked baggage.
Very functional garment bag. Size is very good for this type of product. It has a few side pouches and various use cases. The handle extends in multiple heights. The top height is very good for wheeling around a large area. Interior size is good for something designed to fit in overhead compartment. It also can be hung up without fully unpacking your luggage. I think it could accommodate several days worth of clothing. Only negative is zipper could be more smooth and I have some concerns about the durability of the zippers.
Absolutely love this piece of luggage!!! It has space for so much stuff! Im able to organize mine and my daughters things into one suitcase! The design on the inside is beautiful! The outside is astonishing and very easy on the eyes! It rolls with such ease its so easy to move around even when its super heavy! It can hold alot which means it gets pretty heavy and even then the wheels done have a problem! I love that its TSA approved all around. This is the overall best suitcase I have ever had!
I was so excited to receive this suitcase right before a quick weekend trip. It is actually even better than I had hoped for. There is so much space to hold everything and it is expandable to hold even more for those longer trips. I really liked all the pockets to keep my things separated and organized. The construction appears to be very durable to handle all the bumps and bangs that come with frequent travel. 8 any-direction spinner wheels make this piece easy to maneuver through crowded airports or hotel hallways. 10/10. I'm definitely planning to add more to my Ricardo luggage collection after this.
Functional and elegant ! this luggage has everything you would expect and a good style. Plenty of storage compartments and zippers and an expansion zipper on the outside and easy to use combination lock and handles on two sides on the outside. Also nice rolling wheels and a good handle. It feels very sturdy and rolls very easily. This is a large check bag and can hold quite a bit of luggage clothing and anything you would like to put in it. It also comes with a 10 year warranty which is easy to fill out online. Can take you about two minutes to do. It is always good to have a warranty because luggage does break overtime if you travel a lot.
It's very great and sturdy luggage. For year I was preferring hard case but this change my mind - It's so much lighter and it can fit many more clothes then the previous one. It also maneuver very well even in a tight places.

Great medium check-in luggage. I recently got rid of my large 28 check-in luggage because I find I often overpack and get too close to the weight max when I travel internationally. This medium luggage however is great. The build quality is solid: the exterior fabric is treated for water and feels abrasion resistant so it looks refined and more durable for repeated use. The 360° dual wheels and telescoping handle appear to make rolling and turning the suitcase easy. Good organization inside: dual-compartment interior compression straps several mesh pockets plus expandable capacity make packing easier and more flexible. You can see how deep the large compartment is making packing easier.
Nice EXCEPT we had original RICARDO Santa Cruz line from 20 years ago (this is our new replacement set) and we miss the capability to hang a sports jacket in the upper compartment.
