To keep your luggage clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.
For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.
Store your luggage in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. To conveniently save space, all sizes from this collection nest (fit neatly) inside each other. Just open the largest suitcase and set the smaller size(s)—with the wheels facing the same direction—inside. Close lids and zip the outermost bag closed. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

It's sized to meet most major airline overhead compartment requirements. We always recommend confirming your airline's specific policy before flying, limits can vary, particularly on regional or budget carriers.
The USB cord is built into the carry-on and connects to a portable power bank you place inside the bag. Route the cord through the protected port and you can charge your devices without opening the bag. Available on the 21" Carry-On and FastAccess™ Carry-On only.
The FastAccess™ is a front-opening pocket on the FastAccess™ Carry-On that fits laptops up to 15". It opens without unzipping the main compartment, so you can pull out your laptop at security without disrupting everything else.
The carry-on sizes expand by 2" / 5 cm and the checked sizes expand by 2.5" / 6.3 cm. It's designed for the return leg, when you've picked up souvenirs, shopping, or just packed more loosely than you planned. The Cargo Trunk doesn't use an expansion zipper, its shape and depth fit larger, bulkier items directly.
Yes. The Travel Sentry® approved combination lock is built into every Montecito 2.0 Hardside size, from the 21" Carry-On through the Cargo Trunk. No separate padlock needed. TSA agents can open, inspect, and relock it without damage.
Polycarbonate is significantly more impact-resistant than ABS plastic, it flexes under pressure rather than cracking. The Montecito 2.0 uses 100% polycarbonate with reinforced corners for strong protection against drops, compression, and the general chaos of baggage handling.

I have the matching large bag, same make and style. I needed a small bag for shorter trips. So I purchased the same style bag and I love it. It was delivered quickly and no problems.
We love it! There is plenty of room in this suitcase the style is awesome and the pull-up handle retracts and comes out very smoothly. The wheels work great and the 360 degree move-ability of the wheels is fantastic!

Absolutely love the quality of the Ricardo Beverly carry on. The wheels work great, it's easy to use and it's absolutely stunning. I received this product for free from Influenster and Ricardo Beverly Hills in exchange for my honest review. Though incentivized, my opinion is entirely my own. I received the style 'Montecito 2.0 Hardside Carry-On' in the color Graphite. This is a standard carry-on size luggage with a hard shell and multi-way swivel wheels. This is hands-down the nicest luggage I have ever owned, not only does it have such durability and maneuverability due to the hard case and wheels, but it has a passcode lock mechanism, a wire to fit a portable charger for your phone, additional pockets and storage bags for shoes and other goods, a warrantee for damage, size expander, and internal buckle to keep all your goods safe. The luggage feels incredibly high quality and sturdy. The zippers all move with ease and convert for more space with little effort. The extender handle slides up without issue. Everything came in immaculate condition and I can tell this luggage will last me many years and I feel I can count on it to keep my items secure! I have no cons with this product and I recommend it wholeheartedly!
I have Ricardo Beverly Hills suitcase that has survived travel for 10 years. And I think these suitcases are very well designed and well made. The only thing is that this particular model is too fancy for me. I don't use power banks and it looks quite luxurious, while I need a regular, reliable suitcase for frequent trips without any frills. But I decided to buy it because my old Ricardo Beverly Hills suitcase is the most comfortable and reliable I've ever owned. And I expect that my new suitcase will also serve me faithfully for many years.
I love this suitcase I looks very strong the airport doesn't know how to handle people's property. You can charge your phone just by adding a battery pack. Very spacious and it's a carry on can't wait to use for travels love the color as well.

Airline broke 2 of my luggage and offered to replace them. I was directed to the Ricardo website and I chose the montecito 2.0 check in luggage. I absolutely love this Ricardo Beverly Hills Montecito 2.0 Hardside Carry - On suitcase. The color is so pretty . It moves so easily. The leather strips make it look extra fancy.
This is a very good quality luggage. It has a very durable outer shell reinforced in the corners that expands. It has 360 role, locks, and even has a laundry bag (pictured). It does have a clear TSA bag which although not necessary-it�s nice to have little bags to put things in. It can split into two compartments, has storage compartments within, and has a high quality buckle to keep clothes secure. It also has a charging pouch for a battery (see video)-you just can use your bag to charge! Highly impressed with this luggage!
1 downfall is that it looks kind of manly lol but such a small petty downfall so I give it 5/5 stars!
Full honesty, nothing bad with this product. I love everything about it. It�s amazing quality, so many great features and it�s light. I�m not sure if it�s worth that high of a price, I would probably put it at an $80-$90 price point, but the quality is good. All in all, I really don�t have anything more to say about it.

I took my luggage on my latest trip & it was easy to walk w/to the airport, etc. because of the swivel wheels, it is durable despite how the luggage is handled so roughly by the baggage handlers. I love it!
