When will I get my order?
Here is how it works: Once you place you order online, it will take us 1 to 2 business days to process it. Then we ship your package via FedEx Ground. Depending on your location, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days.
Note: We are closed on weekends, national holidays, and the first week of January (for an annual inventory count). Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the following business day.

Cosmetic damage or believed charging slowness. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or water. Damage caused by tampering or service (including repairs) performed by anyone not duly authorized by Ricardo Beverly Hills or its representatives.
