When will I get my order?

Here is how it works: Once you place you order online, it will take us 1 to 2 business days to process it. Then we ship your package via FedEx Ground. Depending on your location, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days.

Note: We are closed on weekends, national holidays, and the first week of January (for an annual inventory count). Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the following business day.

Returns

We hope you found exactly what you were looking for, but we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. For all the details, see our Returns Page .

To keep your backpack clean and beautiful for years to come, use a soft sponge or cloth, water or any mild household detergent. Avoid using cleaning products that contain bleach, acetone, ammonia as well as coarse and abrasive sponges that can damage the finish of your hardside case and may discolor the fabric on your softside bag.

For sticky zippers, this can be caused by dirt, debris or years of use; we recommend using warm water and a small amount of dish soap and scrub your zippers. Remember to completely rinse and dry them afterwards. this will remove any debris and you can also use the lead of a pencil to gently rub the zipper teeth, which in turn will act as a dry lube on the zipper.

Store your backpack in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing in extreme temperatures. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

Frequently asked questions.

Yes. The 20" Malibu Bay 3.0 Carry-On measures 22" × 14.5" × 9.5" overall and fits most major airline overhead bins. We always recommend checking your airline's specific size policy before you fly, as requirements can vary.
The carry-on has a built-in USB port on the exterior with an internally routed cord. Place a power bank (sold separately) inside the bag and plug the cord into it — you can then charge your phone or other devices through the outside port without opening your bag. The power bank is not included.
Polygiene® StayFresh® is a silver salt-based antimicrobial technology that's permanently bonded into the fabric of the bag. It inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria and mold on touch-points like handles, zippers, and straps. It doesn't wash off or wear off — it's built into the material for the life of the bag.
The 25" Medium (27.25" × 18.5" × 10.25", 9 lbs) is ideal for 5–8 day trips. The 29" Large (31.25" × 20.3" × 11.5", 10.4 lbs) is built for extended travel, family trips, or anyone who packs a little heavier. Both share the same features, fabric, and interior layout.
Yes — a coordinating packing cube ships with every Malibu Bay 3.0 spinner. It's sized to fit inside the main compartment and match the bag's fabric and color.
A single expansion zipper runs around the perimeter of the bag. Unzip it to add approximately 2" / 5 cm of extra packing depth — great for the return trip when you've picked up a few extra things.
Ricardo Beverly Hills' 10-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage caused by airlines, normal wear and tear, or misuse. Contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase to make a claim.
