Using Your Certificate
Enter your certificate code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field at checkout. Your credit will be deducted automatically from your order total.
Only one certificate code can be applied per order at this time.
Arrivia orders cannot be combined with any other offers, promos, or discount codes.
The remaining balance stays in your account as store credit under the same email. Allow 24–48 hours for it to appear. Store credit can be used for future purchases until your certificate expires (18 months from issuance).
Certificates are valid for 18 months from the date of issue. The expiration date is noted in your original certificate email. Unused credits expire automatically after this period.
No — certificates are non-transferable and are intended for use only by the original recipient. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping rates by item size: Carry-On $22 · Medium Check-In $34.50 · Large Check-In $45 · Duffels & Backpacks $15. Free shipping on orders over $175 and all Rodeo Drive 2.0 and Flight Essentials items. If your order includes multiple sizes, only the highest rate applies.
Allow 1–2 business days for order processing, then 1–7 business days for delivery. We're closed on weekends, national holidays, and the first week of January.
Returns & Warranty
Yes — returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of invoice date in original packaging. To start a return, use the Return Form in your package or contact us via the online inquiry form. Refunds process within 5–7 business days.
All Ricardo Beverly Hills products are backed by a 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact us via the online inquiry form if you experience an issue.
