1. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rate is based on item size:
- Carry-on: $22
- Medium Check-in: $34.50
- Large Check-in: $45
- Duffels and Backpacks: $15

We offer free shipping on orders over $175. If your order includes items of different sizes, you’ll only be charged for the highest shipping rate. If you order more than one of the same item (e.g., 2 carry-ons), shipping is charged per unit.

2. How long does shipping take?

 Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Arrival times are estimated at 1-7 business days once an order has shipped. Note: We are closed on weekends, national holidays, and the first week of January (for our annual inventory count). Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the following business day.

3. Is there a warranty?

All of our products are put through rigorous testing & we stand behind them - because your satisfaction is our goal. If you find any type of manufacturing defect issue, please reach out to customer service via our online inquiry form.

4. Do you accept returns?

We gladly accepts returns or exchanges within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Returns must be shipped in their original packaging. This includes, but is not limited to, the outer box, interior box, product insert cards, and any tags placed into the item. If an item is received in unsellable condition, your return will not be accepted. To start the return process, complete the Return Form enclosed in your package. If you have any additional questions, please contact us via our online inquiry form. Include the Return Form with your merchandise, and securely pack it for shipping. Using the courier of your choice, return the item to the address indicated on the return form. We recommend using a traceable and insurable shipping method. This service is offered by FedEx, UPS, USPS and other carriers. Keep the tracking information until your return has been received. After we receive and process your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that this process may take up to 5-7 business days.

6. Where do I enter my certificate code during checkout?

You can enter your certificate code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field at checkout. Once applied, your certificate credit will automatically be deducted from your order total.

7. Can I use more than one certificate on a single order?

At this time, only one certificate code can be applied per order.

8. Can I use additional discount codes?

Unfortunately, all Arrivia orders cannot be combined with any other offers, promos, or discounts.  

9. Are there any restrictions on what items I can redeem with my certificate?

Certificate credits can be used on full-price and items within this section, unless otherwise specified.

10. Do I need to create an account to use my certificate?

A customer account will be automatically created and you can log in with a one-time code sent to your email or cellphone (no passwords).  You can access your account to view order status, reorder items, manage shipping addresses, view store credit and other personalized settings.

11. How long do I have to use my certificate?

Certificates are valid for 18 months from the date of issue. The expiration date will be noted in your original certificate email. Unused credits will automatically expire after this period.

12. What happens if my certificate credit exceeds the item’s price I’m purchasing?

If your certificate amount exceeds the total of your order, the remaining balance will stay available as a store credit under the same email account  used on the initial order. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for it to appear in your account and at Checkout. Store credit can be used for future purchases until certificate expires within 18 months of issuance.

13. Where can I find my store credit?

Your store credit will automatically appear as a payment option at Checkout. If your order total is less than your Ricardo Gift Certificate (RGC) amount, the remaining balance will be saved and applied to future purchases.

14. Can I give my certificate to someone else?

No, certificates are non-transferable and are intended for use only by the original recipient.

15. Can I get cash back instead of using my certificate on a purchase?

No, certificate credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

16. Can I pay the difference if my purchase total is more than my certificate amount?

Yes, you can use your certificate toward your purchase and pay any remaining balance using a credit card, debit card, or another accepted payment method at checkout.

17. I lost my certificate code—how can I retrieve it?

If you’ve lost your unique certificate code, please contact our customer service team via our online inquiry form. Be sure to include your name and email address used during registration so we can assist you quickly.
