Ricardo Beverly Hills® takes pride in its products and is committed to providing its customers with quality luggage. The Ricardo Beverly Hills® warranty covers the repair of your luggage in the unlikely event of a Manufacturing Defect in Materials or Workmanship within the warranty period.
Your warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use, misuse or neglect, or repairs beyond the warranty period. Moving parts and wheels will show signs of normal wear with use and may need to be repaired or replaced.
The warranty does not cover damage as a result of airline abuse and mishandling. If an airline damages your luggage, Ricardo Beverly Hills® recommends that you file a claim directly with the airline.
*If your bag has been purchased recently, and it falls within the return period, you may consider exchanging your bag instead of having your bag evaluated for repair.

We will send you an email directing you to one of our authorized repair centers for an evaluation of your luggage. The repair center will assess your luggage and determine if it is damaged, wear, or defective, and if you bag is currently under warranty.
The Authorize Repair Center makes the determination that your bag has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period:
- If your product is repairable and covered under warranty. Ricardo will repair it at our expense. (if shipped to the repair center Ricardo will also ship the piece back to you at our expense)
- If your product is not repairable and covered under warranty, Ricardo will replace it with the same piece if available, or one comparable in size and style, at no cost to you.
The Authorize Repair Center makes the determination that your bag is not covered under warranty:
- If your product is repairable and not covered under warranty, you may either have the piece returned to you unrepaired, or have it repaired and returned back to you, at your expense.
- If your product is unrepairable you have the option of having it returned to you at your expense or to have the authorized repair center dispose of the piece at your request.
Ricardo Beverly Hills® reserves the right to evaluate and make the final judgment on all claims. Please do not send luggage directly to Ricardo Beverly Hills®. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
