Clean with a soft, damp cloth. For stains, we suggest a luggage cleaner or a mixture of equal parts water and isopropyl alcohol. Avoid using cleaning products containing bleach. Adhesive lint rollers work great to remove lint and dust.

To store

Store your luggage in an upright position in a dry location. Avoid storing luggage in extreme temperatures. To conveniently save space, all sizes from this collection nest (fit neatly) inside each other. Just open the largest suitcase and set the smaller size(s)—with the wheels facing the same direction—inside. Close lids and zip the outermost bag closed. When you're not out there exploring the world, we recommend keeping your luggage covered while being stored.

I could not love this print anymore if I tried! I have always been an animal print lover so when I saw this Snow Leopard collection, I had to start my collection. I love the size of the medium check-in. It is definitely big enough for a trip for several days without feeling like it’s I have a piece of luggage if that makes sense. I also really like that the Seahaven 2.0 collection is a trunk-style versus the regular style suitcase where is is split in half when it is opened. I feel like I can fit so much in this piece and all the pockets make it SO EASY to stay organized. It’s also really nice that it comes with a packing cube included. I hope to have all the pieces in my collection one day!

We have had Ricardo luggage for a number of years. One of the pieces was damaged on a trip to Phoenix in the spring so we were looking for new luggage. Love the product but customer service needs to improve. I received in 2 different shipments but didn’t hear back from you on that when I asked. Had to just wait. Also I asked about registering my luggage and never heard back from you. Can’t do it on line as the code isn’t accepted and the product isn’t in the drop down.

I had one of these suitcases for four years but one wheel broke off on my last flight. I blame the airlines but they have im instant-read thermometerproved the wheels so I am thrilled to have another Ricardo bag. I do miss the purple print of my first one but this one is fine. I love the handles, the wheels, the options for packing and the zippers/pulls. I love that it is lightweight. I can pack this full and know it will not be over the 50 lb limit. The pull out handle is improved also so I can have it at two different heights and it locks in place. I am looking forward to my upcoming trip so I can use this new one!

I purchased this bag for my wife in amethyst for my wife and she absolutely loves it so much that I am hoping to find the carry-on piece to match. Light weight yet well constructed. A few years ago we purchased the identical featherweight version and were completely satisfied, unfortunately, our basement flooded with raw sewage and we were forced to discard the luggage. both medium and carry on bags. Our experience with the Ricardo brand was excellent and you have long term customers in our house.Thanks for the great products.

I agree with anonymous from Orlando. Ricardo used to make the best bags. My older set had the separate zippered packing section with the loop for hangers, and that set (Model not stated on those, and cant remember name) came with the best under-seat bag ever, with multiple pockets and inside zippered compartments. Ricardo abandoned that line years ago, and what was left was the Monterey which at least had the separate packing compartment, but no longer the good under-seat bag. Now they have abandoned the Monterey and the best they have is the Seahaven, which has the problems described by Orlando. Now all of the bags offered are the same except for the outside container. Sad how they get rid of the great for the mediocre. Don't even have a decent under-seat bag anymore.

My six-year-old Ricardo Beverly Hills suitcase finally gave out on me after extensive use. I loved the feature of having a built-in garment bag on the suitcase and went looking for one that was similar. The only place I could find one was back at Riccardo Beverly Hills again. I purchase this bag hoping it would have the same feature and while it is similar it is certainly not anywhere near the quality. It has the hanger portion but there It’s not a separate clip and belt area to keep the garments flat when you close them in. So after you hang the hangers in there and go to close the flap basically they just get crumpled up. That kind of defeats the purpose of hanging something up in your luggage. I’m going to keep this suitcase because it’s a hassle trying to send suitcases back through shipping service. Plus when it arrived the box was open. And it looks like it was simply the tape that came off meaning that it wasn’t packed well to begin with. Overall I am disappointed with both the product and the shipping.
