Warranty Repair

Ricardo Beverly Hills® takes pride in its products and is committed to providing its customers with quality luggage. The Ricardo Beverly Hills®  warranty covers the repair of your luggage in the unlikely event of a defect in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of airline abuse and mishandling or normal wear and tear. Moving parts and wheels will show signs of normal wear and tear with use and may need to be repaired or replaced. If an airline damages your luggage, Ricardo Beverly Hills® recommends that you file a claim directly with the airline.

To receive warranty services, please take or ship your product to one of our authorized repair centers. To view an authorized list of repair centers please click on the red button below. The repair center will evaluate your luggage and determine if it is damaged, wear, or defective, and if you bag is currently under warranty.

- If your product is repairable and covered under warranty. Ricardo will repair it at our expense. (if shipped to the repair center Ricardo will also ship the piece back to you at our expense)

- If your product is not repairable and covered under warranty, Ricardo will replace it with the same piece if avaliable, or one comparable in size and style.

- If your product is repairable and not covered under warranty, you may either have the piece returned to you unrepaired, or have it repaired and returned back to you at your expense.  

- If your product is unrepairable you have the option of having it returned to you at your expense or have the authorized repair center dispose of the piece at your request.

Ricardo Beverly Hills® reserves the right to evaluate and make the final judgment on all claims. Please do not send luggage directly to Ricardo Beverly Hills®. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
