The Ricardo Beverly Hills® warranty covers the repair of your luggage in the unlikely event of a defect in material or workmanship. If your luggage cannot be repaired, Ricardo Beverly Hills® will replace it. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of airline abuse and mishandling or normal wear and tear. Moving parts and wheels will show signs of wear and tear with use and may need to be repaired or replaced. If an airline damages your luggage, Ricardo Beverly Hills® recommends that you file a claim directly with the airline.
To take advantage of the warranty, please call, email or write to Ricardo Beverly Hills® explaining the problem, leaving your name and contact information. You will be issued a claim number and referred to the nearest luggage repair facility. You will be informed of how and where to send your luggage for its required warranty evaluation. Please be prepared to provide your claim number to the repair facility. Ricardo Beverly Hills® reserves the right to evaluate and make the final judgment on all claims. Please do not send luggage directly to Ricardo Beverly Hills®. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
